Visiting
What are your opening days and times?

Dinner is served from 6:00 PM, Thursday to Saturday (Wednesday to Sunday in July and August), with the latest seating at 9:00 PM. Lunch is served Saturday and Sunday, with reservations from 12:30–2:30 PM (last tables to 3:30 PM); Friday lunch is added in July and August. Days and times shift through the season — our booking system holds the live availability.

What's on the menu?

One constantly-changing seasonal tasting menu is served to all dinner guests, moving from snacks through to mains and dessert. There are three menu options — carnivore, pescatarian and vegetarian; vegans are catered for, and there is always a gluten-free option. Alongside is a selected wine list, filtered still table water and bottled sparkling.

Is there a dress code?

There is no specific dress code, though smart-casual is encouraged.

Can children join us?

Dining is not recommended for guests under 12, and there is no children's menu. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate small children.

Booking & Cancellations
How do I reserve a table?

Reservations are made online through our third-party booking system (ResDiary). Card details secure the table — no payment is taken — and a confirmation email is sent on booking.

Is there a waiting list?

Yes. You can add yourself to the waiting list online, or contact us on 028 48248/ info@customshousebaltimore.com.

How do I change an existing reservation?

Email info@customshousebaltimore.com, or make changes via the online booking system using the link in your confirmation email.

What will I hear from you before my visit?

A confirmation email on booking, a reminder five days before, and a call to confirm any dietary requirements.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations can be amended or cancelled via the link in your confirmation email, with at least 72 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the cost of the dinner menu per guest.

On the Night & Groups
What if I'm running late?

Please call us on 028 48248if you will be more than 15 minutes late. Very late arrivals, or arrivals outside of service, may not be accommodated, and the full menu cost may be charged.

Can you seat larger groups?

We can seat up to 6 guests comfortably. For larger parties, please email info@customshousebaltimore.com — we also have a covered, heated outdoor pavilion for larger private groups.

Do you host private events?

Yes — please email info@customshousebaltimore.com to discuss private events.

Practicalities
Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards except American Express. Cash is also accepted.

Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?

Yes — there is full wheelchair access, a disabled bathroom and disabled parking. Please advise us of any access needs in advance.
